Where do I verify a PCS product?
Use the official PCS verification page. You can also scan the QR code printed on a PCS verification label to reach the page. Older labels may use the /auth.php address; that address redirects to the current verification page on the same PCS domain.
Before entering anything, check that the browser address is procombatscience.in. You do not need to send your code to a stranger, put it in a public review, or share a clear photo of the code on social media. Keep the label code private so that another person cannot make a check using it.
How to verify the 8-digit code
- Find the 8-digit verification code on your product label.
- Open the official verification page and carefully enter all eight digits, including a leading zero if present.
- Select Verify product and wait for the result. Avoid repeatedly pressing the button while it is checking.
- Read the result and keep your purchase invoice and batch information.
Opening the page by scanning the QR does not itself verify the product. You still need to enter the printed code and submit it. The product's batch number, order number and verification code are different identifiers; use the one asked for on the form.
What does the first successful result mean?
A successful first check means that the entered code exists in the PCS verification register and had no previous recorded verification when that check was processed. The page shows a first-verification result and records the first-check time.
That is a code-registration check. It is not a laboratory test, a check of what is inside the tub, or proof of how it was stored. Inspect the seal and label and keep the invoice even after a successful result. If the pack is damaged or something about the purchase is concerning, ask PCS support before relying on the code result alone.
Why does it say the code has already been used?
Once a successful verification has been recorded, checking that same code again produces an already-used alert. A second check by you can therefore trigger the alert on the same genuine registered code.
An unexpected previous check can also be a warning about a possible duplicate product or copied label. The alert does not, on its own, prove which explanation applies. If this is your first check and the displayed first-verification time is unexpected, contact PCS with the purchase details so the team can investigate.
A screenshot from a seller showing a successful check is not a substitute for checking your own received pack. Nor should you assume that trying the code again will reset its history.
What if the code is not found?
First check for a typing mistake, omitted digit or wrong identifier. Compare the number privately with the label. If the code still does not match, contact PCS rather than repeatedly guessing other codes. A missing match needs investigation; this guide cannot diagnose the pack's authenticity from the message alone.
If the page cannot connect or shows a temporary service error, that is different from a code result. Wait and retry later, or ask support if the problem continues. Do not treat a network problem as evidence about the product.
What should I send to PCS support?
Contact PCS on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Explain which result you saw and whether you have checked the code previously.
- Product name, flavour and pack size.
- Clear photos of the pack, seal and label, shared privately with support.
- Batch or lot number and the printed date information.
- Purchase invoice, seller name and purchase date.
- The first-verification time shown on the page, if available.
Share only relevant purchase information and never send passwords, OTPs or complete payment-card details. Keep the pack and invoice while PCS reviews the issue. Verification records are useful for traceability, but a concern about the seal, seller or contents still deserves attention.
