Return outcomes
After PCS reviews an eligible return, the outcome may be a replacement or PCS Store Credit. A cash refund is not promised by this policy.
Review and timing
PCS inspects approved returns before confirming the resolution. Any product, promotion, tax or shipping adjustment is assessed from the order record.
